Fixed an issue where Broadcasting Heart Rate was not working as expected, if accessed from the power controls menu. Changes made from version 7.10 to 7.60: Added the ability to access 'Broadcast Heart Rate' from the Controls menu (Settings > Controls) as well as through the system Hot keys (Settings > System > Hot Keys).
